The National President of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), Paul Moist, and CUPE New Brunswick President, Daniel Légère, will hold a press conference tomorrow in Fredericton concerning the Casual Challenge.
CUPE, NBU and IBEW Local 37 are heading back to court this week to present their final argument in order to obtain the right for New Brunswick casual workers to join a union.
The press conference will be held Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at 1 pm, in the Restigouche Room at the Crown Plaza (Lord Beaverbrook Hotel).
