The New Brunswick government moves in the right direction

(2009-07-22) CUPE NB applauds the decision from Premier Graham and the New Brunswick government to put the brakes on any further private diagnostic clinics in New Brunswick.

“CUPE has been showing provincial governments across the country why P3's and the privatization of public services are not good for the provinces, the taxpayers or the communities”, says Daniel Légère, President of CUPE NB.

“As taxpayers in New Brunswick, our collective wealth lies in our public institutions, services and infrastructures,” concludes Légère.
