CONFERENCE DETAILS

FORMAT –Registration for the Conference will start at 7:30 am on Thursday November 23. The conference will start at 9:00 am. We will have workshops and plenary sessions. The Conference will finish at noon on Friday November 24th.

REGISTRATION- Registration is open to all unions. The Registration fees are as follows: $125 for affiliates and $175 for non-affiliates. Because we need to prepare for the workshops, the deadline for registration is Friday November 10. Places are limited, so please register early.

ACCOMMODATIONS- Rooms have been blocked off at the Fredericton Inn until Friday November 3. The rate before taxes is $99 for a single room and $109 for a double room. Please call the hotel directly at 506-455-1430 to book your room. To get the discounted rate, please indicate that you are with the New Brunswick Federation of Labour.

LUNCH – Lunch will be provided to all delegates on Thursday November 23 and the cost is included in the registration fees for all delegates. Please indicate if you require a special diet on your registration form.

CHILD CARE – Child Care is available on site for participants’ children. It is free of charge and it will be provided by professional and trained childcare providers. For organizational purposes, the deadline to register for childcare is Friday November 3, 2017. Unfortunately, we will not be able to register your child after that date.
